The human psyche is a living energy system in which we are embedded. It is not the Brain – Which is the biological living system that enables us experience the psyche in our life.
You need to be aware of the human psyche’s structure, that develops through several stages. This diagram shows you the human psyche system structure when fully developed – It has two bi-polar dimensions and four sub-systems.
The two psyche system dimensions are
– The Personal/Collective Dimension; and
– The Conscious/Unconscious Dimension.
The four subsystems of the individual psyche system are:
– The Personal Conscious (PC) – A central portion of the PC is called the Ego.
– The Personal Unconscious (PU) – A central portion of the PU is called the Shadow.
– The Collective Conscious (CC) – The CC contains the conscious patterns and forms of what is called Culture.
– The Collective Unconscious (CU) – The CU contains energy patterns shared by all humans called Jungian Archetypes.
The Human Psyche System is open in two ways:
– Open through the Conscious subsystems to external experience on the Operating plane of life and work through the physical senses; and
– Open through the Unconscious subsystems to internal experience and the knowledge of the Universe on the underlying Morphic Field plane of life and work through the intuitive senses.
Each Human Psyche sub-system is a fascinating story whose details are beyond our needs now. We discuss each sub-system later when we focus on specific stages.
