What is Happening Now in the World and Can Happen in Your Life

This post outlines what is happening now throughout the World and what we of the Isis Group Network commit to do about it in our own lives. We hope our words and actions resonate with other persons and organizations and they choose to collaborate with us. Late in 2006 I posted an earlier version. Now is the time to publish a new version.

Many of the most creative and productive people no longer want to live in relationships or work in organizations led, structured and operated as inhuman machines. That is the pattern of the vast majority of conventional organizations, large and small. We call them Linear Machine System environments. Leading-edge persons reject subservience to the command and control model of management used in those organizations. They want to live and work in new ways in open human environments aligned with a new human identity emerging within them. They want to use new patterns for creating and productivity. The Isis Group calls these Human Living System environments.

I emphasize, the most creative and productive people no longer want to work for the vast majority of existing organizations. This issue has become critical for the effectiveness of all organizations - publc and private. Many conventional leaders and managers are not aware of this issue – Many deny it exists, few see it and still fewer are doing anything about it – Except making the problem worse by trying to fix-up problems using the current linear pattern of life and work rather than transforming to the emerging living system paradigm.

It is useful to mention that many examples of emerging Human Living System environments exist. One notable example is the Hacker community. My research and experience verify that the core principles of the Hacker (Not the Cracker) community are congruent with the principles of Human Living Systems. Hackers created and are continuing to develop Open Source, Web Based software systems. Hackers are examples of most creative and productive leading-edge humans. They live and work in ways that are not yet widely recognized as harbingers of newly emerging patterns of Human Living System leadership, organization, and entrepreneurship. We find that the concepts and practices of the "Open Source" movement are broader and more widely applicable than just for the software revolution. Other parallel "Open Source" revolutions are also in process. The Isis Group is active in these positive developments leading to remarkably better ways to live and work.

Why are these things happening now? The answer is - We live and work at one of the few times of World transformation in human history. The seventh to be exact. At such times a new pattern of human nature appears on Earth within the psyches of leading-edge persons. So, a new concept and practice of human psyche functioning, a new paradigm, is at the core of today's world human transformations.

The new psyche stage pattern is invisible to the majority because the number of persons functioning in the new human psyche stage pattern is still small and the unique human identity of those persons makes no sense to the existing majority.

The prevailing pattern of human events during times of world human transformation is great turmoil and chaos. This comes in parallel with a new human re-birth. Thus, mankind lives through a real example of the Myth of the Phoenix. This pattern of decline and destruction in parallel with the emergence of a new era of human capacity has repeated at every major turning point in history - In fact it is the insignia of transformation. An existing, still dominant pattern of civilization (Pattern of Living and Working) is in terminal decline while a nascent pattern of civilization appears and then begins to grow non-linearly toward eventual dominance.

Isis Group Network learning and programs enable you to understand the world transformation for yourself and to learn how to pursue Living System Life and Work through collaborating with others like you. This leading-edge knowledge and practice can not come from conventional sources – Personal, professional or educational. Most of the conventional today is based upon linear machine system patterns - That are fixated on current directions and add-on knowledge, not based on new living system knowledge of what is emerging.

Why, you still ask, is this transformation so difficult to see and deal with? Part of the answer is - The existing majority are consumed with trying to fix-up a complex mass of severe problems using obsolete concepts and practices. In addition, their psyche stage patterns do not enable them to see that their problems are not fixable during this special period without first making their own human transformation to the newly emerging stage. Therefore, they see no need to transform their basic human nature. They do not see that the conventional pattern of life and work is in terminal decline from its former effectiveness for leading the world of human affairs. They do not yet see that the birth of the new human psyche stage pattern inherently contains new human competencies that are keys for transcending current problems, not just solving them.

Most of human history occurs between the relatively brief periods of world transformation. Between transformation periods the major problems and opportunities in human affairs CAN be handled through then conventional problem solving using the then dominant human psyche stage pattern. It still works – It is not yet in terminal decay. But during transformation periods, the situation is drastically different. Then the dominant human psyche stage IS in terminal decline but the majority cannot perceive this. Thus, major problems and opportunities CAN be seen and handled only through transforming to the emerging human psyche stage pattern – All else turns out to be futile.

During transformation periods, persons experiencing the emerging psyche stage pattern begin to re-create their lives and organizations in qualitatively new ways, discontinuous from what then currently exists. They are a new Genre – a new category – of leader/entrepreneurs who develop new paths and standards for outstanding results. They are led beyond previous human accomplishments. They eventually become the new majority that replaces who and what currently exist. The Isis Group Network's one and only focus is serving and collaborating with this emerging new Genre of leader/entrepreneurs.

Today at the leading edge of our current world transformation, the emerging persons and their organizations are not yet generally recognized, understood, valued or even tolerated by most of the existing majority. Existing organizations do not generally encourage or nurture their contributions. In fact, many emerging persons today do not know how to recognize, understand or value themselves. They are so discontinuous from what currently exists they may consider themselves to be somewhat weird.

The Isis Group discovered, and continues to develop, a new model of human reality that validates those of the new Genre. Like souls who can understand and value them are still limited. Persons beginning to function in the new human psyche stage know that they feel, think, are motivated and behave in ways that are out-of-step with many other persons and organization norms. They are like the legendary American comic Rodney Dangerfield who often said – “I don’t get no respect!” This is a normal situation during world human transformation periods. It existed at each of the six previous turning points in human history. It exists today.

This time the emerging new era is so dramatically different from the previous patterns of human life and work, that we named it, and branded it, as the 2nd Renaissance. Its most important result is the leap to the Human Living System pattern of life and away from work from the still dominant, but declining, Linear Machine System and Relativistic Collectivist System patterns of life and work. This human leap is drastically changing everything and leads directly to its new path for success that is inconsistent with the current path.

The fundamental need today is to transform your human and business identity to align with the emerging pattern of Living System Life and Work. That is why serving 2nd Renaissance leader/entrepreneurs is the Isis Group Network's focus - Its only focus. We are working to satisfy unfilled needs for learning, for collaboration and for services that enable them to make these transformations and implement applications in the new pattern. Such learning, services and collaboration are not available through conventional institutions. The Isis learning and programs are the sources needed to understand and validate ourselves and to create our new pattern of life and work.

The Isis Group Network's Identity is the same as the emerging psyche stage pattern. We give it the name "Stage A’ Living System" pattern. Its Purpose is to satisfy the unfilled needs of emerging leader/entrepreneurs or those with the driving desire to become one.

Special Knowledge - True State of Economy Not Grasped by the Public

I just had to pause in writing for other Isis Group Blogs to bring you an important paper entitled True State of Economy Not Grasped by the Public written by John Embry, an astute observer of the world financial, business and precious metals fields. He gives an integrated perspective in one brief paper for the current World situations in these areas.

I have found valuable over the years the writings of this perceptive Canadian investment man. He says what he truly believes, which is quite unusual relative to the senseless "Drivel" that comes from most of the investment world.

I mention his September 2006 Article because its situation has just happened AGAIN. We have had a Metals price fall this week in another stunningly Bullish situation for the monetary metals.

This week's mini-crash of the Shanghai Stock Market was interrelatd with similar events all over the world. This was another event when the Gold and Silver markets should have run higher. But what happened? They dropped dramatically, especially Silver that had been the stronger metal. Un-manipulated markets just do not behave this way, as John Embry pointed out so clearly last September. Both Gold and Silver in late February had broken out above previous resistance points. The "Paper Money" boys had their backs against the wall with massive short positions in derivatives aimed to hold the price of precious metals down. Something had to be done and fast - It was done - A massive selling campaign to try to prevent further metals price increases. Temporarily these actions may appear successful. We shall see later this year.

Special Knowledge - Irredeemable Money Supply Out of Control

When I read the paper entitled How the FED Lost Control of the Money Supply I decided to offer it to you as one of my Special Knowledge posts.

Axel Merk, Manager of the Merk Hard Currency Fund, explains what has been "floating-up" all types of asset markets. The answer he proposes, and I agree with, is a massive flood of money and credit through Central Bank and Government auspices.

A few quotes from his paper may stimulate your curiosity to read about what I believe is a most critical dimension of our life today - Uncontrolled Money and Credit Supply:

"The world is awash in money. This money has flown into all asset classes, from stocks to bonds, from real estate to commodities."

"After the tech bubble burst in 2000, policy makers in the U.S. and Asia set a train in motion they have now lost control over. In an effort to preserve U.S. consumer spending, the Federal Reserve (Fed) lowered interest rates; the Administration lowered taxes; and Asian policymakers kept their currencies artificially weak to subsidize exports to American consumers."

(I agree but I also believe the policies after 2000 had a longer and richer heritage. They were enabled by the lack of any restraint on the creation of money and credit - In short, the virtually unlimited creation of irredeemable fiat money because there has been no restraint since the World's reserve currency - The US Dollar - after 1971 was no longer tied to Gold.)

"These policies have led to one of the longest booms in consumer spending ever – U.S. consumer growth has not been negative since the early 1990s. However, it was credit expansion, rather than increased purchasing power, that has fueled the growth."

"A massive source of money supply growth is purely of financial nature, ... What may seem like an abstract concept has propelled financial markets to the stratosphere."

"Two groups that have been most aggressive at taking advantage of this are hedge funds and the issuers of credit derivatives."

Special Knowledge - The Integration of North America

Months ago I began to inform friends of then closely guarded secrets about emerging programs to integrate North America politically and economically by "stealth". News had leaked out through the Internet. Of course the conventional press did not mention it. I recall the incredulous looks I got from some of those I told.

If you have business interests in North America and you have political interests in open democratic process you may find the following information important.

You can read about the actions being taken Here, Here, Here, Here and in many other places you can easily find by doing a Google search on "Secret Meetings Banff".

This secret was that the US, Canada and Mexico were well along in creating a North American Union by "Stealth" means supported by the Executive Branches of the three national administrations without the active participation of the Legislative Branches or the citizens of the three countries except for a small elite who are engineering the deal. The "Union" would eventually supersede the constitutions and the separate govenments of the three countries.

At least one earlier meeting, before the Banff meeting in September 2006, was held in the US at Baylor University at Waco, Texas in March 2005 in secret between the elected chief executives of the US, Mexico and Canada.

After the "Secrets" leaked out, the Council on Foreign Relations (I give you three links to CFR:CFR View of Themselves, the Wikipedia view of CFR and a Less Flattering View) and other groups at the core of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America have begun a public relations process to convince the public that these moves, first made in total secrecy, were and are really for the best interests of citizens of the three countries. It is claimed that their actions had be be started in secret to deal with "uninformed opposition". I hope you will do a Google Search on the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SSP), read the range of opinions available and inform yourself on this critical issue.

We should be aware that this is a serious movement by powerful forces. I can see both important benefits and liabilities. The biggest question I have is whether such important transformations should be designed, engineered and controlled by secret means outside a process that involves the Legislatures of the three countries, even though it is a slower more agonizing process for the proponents. Another serious question is who is going to pay for its grandiose expenditures. I have read that the new SSP Trade Corridors will be paid for by making now free roads in the US into toll roads.

To assure you this is not fiction, I suggest that you look up theTrans Texas Corridor. The TTC is the Texas portion of a vast US road and rail system that bypasses US West coast ports to import freight directly from China through Mexican ports, partly owned by Chinese interests, then transported along the corridor to Mexican Government customs in Kansas City, Missouri and finally distributed throughout the US and Canada. The US-Mexico border would cease to exist for practical purposes.

Finally you should be aware of the planning to replace the the three national currencies with a new one called the Amero.

This movement seems to be accelerating independent of the Legislatures or public debate. On February 17, 2007 in Ottawa, Canada the third Ministerial Meeting of SSP was held. On June 26-29, 2007 PM Harper, President Bush and President Calderon are scheduled to meet Kananaskis, Alberta, Canada to further the SSP.

This is an inspiring speech by Steve Jobs at Stanford University's graduation ceremony! In it Steve tells 3 stories about his life. He concludes with a powerful admonition to the new graduates - "Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish". This is a rewarding 15 minute listen. It assures you that your life and future do not depend upon the thought and practices of the conventional education establishment. Nor is it aligned with the conventional linear machine system or relativist-collectivist system concepts and practices of business. I am offering it to you as one of my Special Knowledge Posts. Here is more than you possibly ever wanted to know about Credit Derivatives.

But be assured, in the next years, maybe sooner, you are going to hear and read a lot about Credit Derivatives. I believe thay are going to become one of the notable scapegoats for the monetary fireworks on the way. Of course, those who have created this situation in a period of Worldwide unbacked paper and computer generated money will be in hiding. I will give you soon another post about the Causers.

Special Knowledge - Web 3.0 or Web X.x Coming

This link takes you to a Special Knowledge article entitled Even experts have difficulty understanding Web 3.0 .

It gives the clearest outline of evolving World Wide Web capability I have seen. We all know that Tag names like Web 1 and Web 2.0 and beyond are as obscuring as they are enlightening. John Jerney, who writes The Daily Yomiuri puts them into context for us.

This article shows me more evidence that our lives and our work are becoming more and more Embedded in the World Wide Web of the Internet as an enabling and nurturing environment.

It means that our lives and work are becoming more Living System like - The World human transformation to Living System Life and Work marches on.

Recall that one of the Principles of Living Systems is that they must be embedded within enabling and nurturing environments. One of those human environments is the Internet. During the Web 1 period we used the Internet as an extension of Linear Machine System Life and Work - But we were not Embedded. The so-called Web 2.0 period began to Embed us in the Internet's environment and integrate us with others who were also Embedded. It looks like that process has only begun as further Webs emerge.

I am starting this new service today with a special article I found by Dr. Kurt Richebacher entitled Corporate America To The Rescue (Download CorporateAmericaToRescue.pdf).

It contains special knowledge of the US and World business environments I feel we should be aware of. Its thrust is that government agencies and central banks have of course not told us the truth about the current and future situation - But that their lack of forthrightness is greater than I was aware of.

Possibly a small quote from the beginning of Dr. Rachebacher's article will grab your interest as it did mine as he wrote:

"With some consternation, we have been reading that Fed officials think the U.S. economy is a lot sounder today than it was at the end of 2000 and in early 2001, when the Fed abruptly reversed course and began a string of rapid interest rate cuts. One can only wonder about its reasoning. What we see is a doubling of the U.S. trade deficit, the complete collapse of personal and national saving and an unprecedented borrowing deluge that created the most anemic GDP growth in the whole postwar period."

"During the five years 1995-2000, nonfinancial debt growth by 32.4% went together with 22.2% real GDP growth. In the following five years 2000-05, nonfinancial debt grew by 47.3% and real GDP by 13.4%. There has been an atrocious deterioration in the relationship between debt growth and economic growth."

The reason for his choice of title - Corporate America To The Rescue - becomes clear later in the paper when he explains that US official forecasts that US Corporate Investment will make up for massive lacks elsewhere are just not credible.

Living System Principles Infect Davos Elite!!

I was quite surprised to read in yesterday's New York Times that the annual World Economic Forum held at Davos, Switzerland was focusing on shifting world power. Its Theme this year is Shaping the Global Agenda: The Shifting Power Equation. I had to find out what they are talking about - If it was not highly classified behind closed doors, as has been usual at Davos. Just recently its public relations mouthpieces have claimed that most of its proceedings are open.

First it is useful to outline the nature of Davos and introduce the issue of Shifting Power at Davos. I am doing this to prepare to discuss an article in yesterday's NY Times entitled Reworking the A-List that I see as evidence for world transformation to Living System Life and Work - In the most unlikely places.

Every January at Davos the world's power elite meet to confer, by private invitation, on how to make the world better, it is claimed. Who exactly it is being made better for is open to question.

For the last three decades a "top-of-the-top" group of the world's movers and shakers - The richest, most powerful, most influential elite from business, finance, government, academia, some press and a smattering of the arts - have participated. These have been, with little doubt, those practiced in the arts of wielding power through top-down command-and-control patterns of leadership/management within the largest, most machine like institutions of linear and collectivist power on Earth.

Of course, if you have previously read any materials written by me, you are aware that I believe evidence continues to increase (think General Motors or Microsoft) that such linear, machine system organizations and leadership/management are no longer working effectively as they once did. Their power and influence peaked in the Western world by the late 1960's or early 1970's - Is now fading, but still remains dominant. Davos represented the remaining dominance, or possibly last gasp, of such power and influence along with that of the collectivist New World Order.

You know that I see already in progress the leading-edge of a Phoenix-like world transformation to the emerging pattern of Living System organization and leadership/management (think WL Gore & Associates, LINUX , or Google). In emerging institutions persons making the most effective contributions work near the outside edges, or periphery, of networks of persons and organizations that are quite flat without pronounced up or down power positions or a command-and-control structure. Such structure and behavior are consistent with Living System Principles.

Now I can go to the core issue of this year's Davos theme of a Shifting Power Equation. Please read the NY Times article by Mark Lander, Reworking the A-List.

Klaus Schwab, the Swiss professor who has organized the Davos conference since 1971, claims that Davos has remained topical by climbing on-board the latest political and business trends. He observes that there is an important shift in global power.

He says, "The power shift is twofold, Power is shifting from the center to the periphery and from the top to the bottom." Mark Lander, the article's author, reports that Schwab, "views the spread of weblogs as more evidence of the changing power equation" and that Schwab, "might have to rethink guidelines for reporting events, which put many of the sessions off the record." I was almost shocked!

Davos, the bastion of elitist, linear and collectivist giant institution power is talking about a Power Shift whose dimensions are inconsistent, in my judgment, with its own basic nature - Conventional Linear, Closed, Machine System Collectivist Power. Maybe they do not see that they are talking about the demise of everything they have stood for. The founder Schwab is talking about power shift that is consistent with world transformation to Living System Life and Work.

In addition his mention of Blogs is fascinating. Blogs are one of the core technologies of Living System network communication and collaboration. You can feel Schwab's pathos in what he says about Blogs. Their power for open communiction may force him to re-think and abandon the previous Closed nature of Davos.

Therefore - from this article I see that Davos has been Infected with Living System Life and Work Principles. I really wonder if they realize what a marvelous disease they have contracted - I don't think so - But the blessing may be that they cannot stop their disease or its spread up to their eventual transformation. It will be interesting to watch their progress. If you go to Wikipedia's article on the World Economic Forum you can get the feeling that some well paid PR Agency has prepared a new sanitized and politically correct version of the remaining Davos reality.

How the Isis Group Network Program Began and Evolved

The Isis Group Network program began over 30 years ago. But I was not then aware that I was beginning a program aligned with an emerging World transformation to Living System Life and Work and its resulting transformation to a new pattern of business.

Why? Because I was not then consciously aware that a world transformation was indeed in progress. And I certainly did not know what its nature was. But I must have been unconsciously aware because of the powerful emotional sensations I began to have that everything was in the process of some unknown discontinuous change.

How that awareness developed, what I was led to learn and how to act on it, I discuss in the About section of this weblog. An outline of the whole story is there.

Four Mega-Forces - Real Underlying Causes for What is Happening Today

Four Mega-Forces are real unseen causes for what is happening today - locally and worldwide. They are driving forces for your life, your family and your business for at least the next two decades.

First - A Vast - But specific - human transformation is in progress throughout the world. It is a qualitative leap from what currently exists to a new type of science and its resulting new pattern for successful life and work. A new type of human being and leader is emerging whose life purpose, leadership, management, organization structure, operations process and entrepreneurship are discontinuous breaks from conventional patterns. That is Mega-Force 1.

Second - This human leap - unseen by most - is accelerating during the most critical decade of a powerful long term wave - the Kondratieff Wave Cycle - underlying the world's economic, geo-political and financial patterns - also unseen by most. We are now in the last quarter of the current K-Wave cycle characterized by world deflation that is being masked by the most massive governmental manipulations in human history. They are fueled by uncontrolled floods of irredeemable fiat money and unregulated derivatives. That is Mega-Force 2.

Third - This human leap of Mega-Force and critical economic, geo-political and financial situation of Mega-Force 2 is unfolding during accelerating demographic imbalances throughout the world. Fertility rates of most developed countries are so low they cannot maintain their populations without massive immigration - legal and illegal. On the other hand, most undeveloped countries, and the Islamic world in particular, have fertility rates so high a demographic bomb has been created. That is Mega-Force 3.

Fourth - The coming together of these three Mega-Forces - their Cataclysmic Confluence - brings critical needs for transforming the nature of effective human life, leadership and business development model in both developed and developing countries. That is Mega-Force 4.

These forces and their confluence are a unique situation in the history of modern times. Aligning your life and work with them is the path to discovering how to transform your life and work. The needed transformations can only be achieved by first transforming and then their organizations - Not the other way around..

The situation arising from the 4 Mega-Forces is NOT dire for those who understand and align. Enabling you to accomplish this is the work of the Isis Group Network and its Isis Institute, the first learning institution for the newly transforming leaders. For those who neither understand nor align with today's emerging pattern, the current situation is indeed dire, although many are not even aware. Charles Dickens wrote words at the time of an earlier world human transformation that apply to us today,

                            "It was the best of times - It was the worst of times."

Which it is for you depends on your choice whether to understand, transform and align.

Our research has also discovered at least three more future Mega-Forces now forming like young hurricanes out at sea. They deal with emerging Mega-Force strength discontinuities in energy supplies; money, credit and the world banking system; and World geo-political and financial hegemony. Why the Name "Isis"?

We are often asked, "What does the word Isis mean?" or "Why do you use the name "Isis" for your group?"

The word Isis means for us the Goddess Isis of ancient Egypt. We use her name because she is a profound symbol for the creation, development and growth of all living things. The story of Isis is a powerful archetype that resonates with humans world wide for all time. She is our patron Goddess for who we are and and what we do.

The gods and goddesses of ancient Egypt carried in their right hands a golden Ankh. It was their insignia of being a god. The logo symbol to identify the Isis Group Network is the word ISIS that uses an ankh for each letter I.

Our Isis Group Network, its Living System Life and Work and its Nodal Network Business implementation are based upon the emerging pattern of Living System Life and Work that is the foundation source for the world transformation of human affairs now in progress. Therefore, the name Isis is an appropriate symbol for us to align with.

More highly effective patterns of human thinking, emotions, motivation and behavior have appeared at six previous times in human history. Each of them marked a turning-point into a new human civilization to replace the previous one. Thus, each of these six previous patterns was eventually replaced during a massive qualitative transformation in life and work. This led to a another new era of human history.

Now this same type of human transformation is appearing in leading edge humans for the seventh time in history. This emerging pattern of living and working is now in the process of leading highly productive humans away from the currently dominant but declining patterns of linear machine system and relativistic-collectivist system life and work. The mission of the Isis Group Network is to be a catalyst and enabler for emerging leaders to successfully accomplish their transformations into Living System Life and Work. The Goddess Isis is symbolic for this emerging transformation into what we define as the 2ndRenaissance(R) era.

Further, the Goddess Isis has been described as the "She who gives birth to heaven and earth, ... , seeks justice for the poor, and shelter for the weak. Some of Isis' many other titles were Queen of Heaven, Mother of the Gods, The One Who is All, Lady of Green Crops, The Brilliant One in the Sky, Star of the Sea, Great Lady of Magic, Mistress of the House of Life, She Who Knows How To Make Right Use of the Heart, Light-Giver of Heaven, Lady of the Words of Power, and Moon Shining Over the Sea."

The powerful archetypal energy of Isis emerged in ancient Greek mythology as the Goddess Demeter where she was known as the goddess of agriculture and fertility. In Roman mythology, the Isis archetype was the Goddess Ceres where she was known as the goddess of the earth, agriculture and fertility. Reverence for Isis continues to this day.

The Curse of Add-On Knowledge

There is a fundamental problem with the way most of us approach problems, and opportunities. It involves trying to add-on new knowledge to what we now know and believe - Rather than letting go of what we now know and believe to make room in our psyche for the entry of what is Truly New.

The current process of life and work (Stage E and Stage F human psyche stage patterns) is based upon linear system science and relativistic-collective science. Its linear system pattern of learning is conscious, rational and step-by-step sequential. Its natural way to try to solve problems is to "add-on" to its current knowledge in a stepwise logical, continuous way. The means to try to implement solutions in human affairs is by collectivist coercion. Such process in human affairs does not perceive the need for discontinuous transition, a leap away from what now exists.

In the current patttern of life and work there is a strong desire to find a rational sequential path from where we are now to where we want to be to solve our current problems. The world today is deluged with such "fix-up" schemes. Some of them are quite ingenious, but in the current linear pattern, not in the emerging new non-linear Living System pattern that is required for success.

Another of my posts entitled What Is happening Now in the world and Can Happen in Your Life discusses the world transformation now accelerating that requires us to turn away from linear and relativistic-collectivist "add-on fix-up" schemes in the current pattern and to leap to the emerging non-linear Living System pattern if we are to be successful in life and work. There are no effective linear step-by-step or coercive collectivist paths to solutions anymore.

Letting go of what we now know and believe and have found to be successful "in-the-past" is a scary process. Our purpose is to enable you to demonstrate to yourself that it is absolutely necessary and is doable given One Condition - That you transform your life and work from the still currently dominant, but declining, linear and collectivist system patterns by leaping into the emerging Living System pattern.

The biggest curse we now face is being addicted to the conventional pattern of learning by add-on knowledge to what we now know and believe. What is now now happening demands we abandon current knowledge that would prevent the discontinuous transformation of ourselves first as humans and then as professionals. That is what the Isis Group Network and its Core Knowledge areas are all about.
